What is NABERS UK?
Your NABERS UK assessment provides a star rating (from 1-star to 6-stars) to determine the energy efficiency of an office space. Stroma Built Environment can provide these assessments which allow our clients to benchmark the performance of their office building against that of similar building types. We can then offer recommendations for energy efficiency improvements and positive action to save energy consumption and financial cost.
BRE has been appointed as scheme administrator for NABERS UK. The original NABERS scheme was formed in Australia and 78% of their commercial office real estate now has a NABERS rating.
