Our suite of services covers the full turnkey solution for Third-party lab fire testing services, we conduct reaction to fire, resistance to fire, and fire propagation testing at our accredited lab. Our certification department can certify the fire performance of products and systems that are tested at our lab.
What you will be doing?
We are looking for an ambitious Sales and Marketing Administrator to play a key administrative role in supporting the commercial team at Thomas Bell-Wright
This role involves supporting the development of marketing campaigns, maintaining customer databases, assisting with sales operations, and management of the logistics process of sending testing specimens to our lab, including preparation and checking of all travel shipment documents. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the Business Development Manager,
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information.
- Process and manage sales contracts as required.
Sales Support:
- Support business development efforts across the team with cold emails, calling and follow ups.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, sales proposals, and presentations.
- Working closely with sales and business development to track and manage sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with prospective clients.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and track progress against sales targets.
- Coordinate with the BDM/sales team to manage and update the sales pipeline.
- Generate reports to provide insights and recommendations to the team.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights to improve future efforts.
- Assist in the creation and editing of marketing content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, including customer and prospect information, mailing lists, and campaign tracking data.
Logistics Support:
- Take the lead in arranging logistics support to our clients in sending their testing specimens to our lab in Dubai.
- Building and managing relationships with our logistics partners who undertake this service for our clients.
- Issuing, reviewing, and authorizing client paperwork, including commercial invoicing and shipping documents
- Preparation of logistics proposals with the admin team to clients via our logistics partner.
- Liaising with clients, testing teams, and administrative teams of Thomas Bell Wright on when logistics shipments will arrive at the lab.
Reporting:
- Support in the reporting of commercial activity across the team including performance metrics and KPIs.
- Provide data and reports for senior members of the team to provide actionable insights to support decision-making and strategy.
About you
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the construction, compliance or logistics environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Self-motivated and driven, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experiencer with CRM systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
