Background

This project was located in Bury St Edmunds and consisted of a newly built head office development. The new building comprises laboratories, manufacturing and warehouse facilities, offices and collaborative working spaces.

Project

Stroma Built Environment provided Air Testing and consultancy services to the client. By completing an air test, Stroma assisted the client in meeting its energy and sustainability targets for this substantial commercial building.

Outcome

To complete the air test, 8 Retrotec fans were required, but only 4 were used to achieve the required flow to building pressure ratio. The building passed at a target of 3.00.
