Background
Wood Norton Retirement Village consists of 48 village apartments for independent living, 46 suites for assisted living, and a 60-bed care home. The retirement home also includes a wellness spa, lounges, library, terrace café, restaurant, and garden bar for residents and visitors.
Project
Stroma Built Environment’s Thermographer, Richard Ewins, attended the development to carry out a thermographic survey. Our thermographer used thermal imaging cameras to photographer internal and external views of an apartment to identify any causes of air leakage and thermal discomfort. A report, including detailed thermographic images, was passed onto the client to address any heat loss causes.
